Visit for Online application and documents related to RTI.Right to Information (RTI) is an Act of Parliament of India, which provides for the establishment of a pragmatic rule of right to information for the citizens and the place of the earlier Freedom Information Act, 2002. Under the provisions of the Act, any citizen of India can request information from a “public authority” (a body of government or “means of state”), which is necessary to respond quickly or within thirty days. For this act, every public authority is required to computerize its records for wider spread and for certain categories of information so that people need a minimum support for formally requesting information.
