Postal Ballot for Essential Services Duty and Others

Election Commission notifies that the person employed in the following Essential Services During Assembly election 2020

1. Electricity Department
2. BSNL
3. Railways
4. Post & Telegram
5. Doordharshan
6. All India Radio
7. COMFED and related Milk cooperatives & Units
8. Health Department, Bihar in connection with Covid- 19
9. Food Cooperation of India
10. Aviation
11. Long Distance Govt. Road Transport corporation.
12. Fire Services.
13. Traffic
14. Ambulance Services, and
15. Media Persons authorized by ECI for Poll Day coverage.

Above and following Categories of Absentee voters have been given the facility of voting through Postal Ballot (PB) paper.

1. Senior citizens (above 80 years of age)
2. Persons with disability flagged in the electoral roll and
3. COVID 19 suspect or affected persons.

Please download the Form – 12D. It should be reach to the RO Office within time frame as of notification circular.
